Browsing the website

The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses, device information and request logs to deliver and protect the service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

No traffic analytics, advertising pixels or profiling tools are installed.

Enquiries and contact

When you contact me, I process your name, email and the information you choose to share to answer your enquiry and assess a potential collaboration. Company, service and budget are optional. Please avoid including sensitive data or unnecessary confidential information.

For project enquiries, processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request; for other correspondence, it is based on the legitimate interest in replying. Your data is not used for newsletters or marketing.

The form is prepared to send enquiries through Resend to my Gmail inbox. Until the service is configured, it does not send emails and displays a notice. When enabled, spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals to distinguish legitimate requests from automated ones.

External services

WhatsApp, LinkedIn, GitHub and project links open external websites. Their providers process data under their own privacy notices. WhatsApp opens only when you select its link; no chat is embedded in this website.

The providers used may also process data outside the European Economic Area, using the transfer mechanisms provided for by applicable law. For their safeguards and terms, see the notices from Cloudflare, Resend and Google.

Retention and security

I retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, taking into account applicable obligations and the need to protect legal rights. The website does not maintain an enquiry database. Access to correspondence and services is limited to operational needs.

Your rights

Where the GDPR provides for them, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority or the competent authority in your country.
